Running this store is me, Karen Early, left, an AKC Breeder of Merit Bronze in Havanese, with some of my dogs over the years. I show my dogs and have been for 20+ years. You'll see me at shows, with a sign on my booth saying "I'll be back after I show my dog!"​

We strive to ensure the quality of all our products, testing each of them before we consider selling them. One important issue is certification of the quality and effectiveness of any electronic products.

We strive to ensure that all our electronic products -- rechargeable or wired -- have at least the one certification from a U.S. or international testing agency.

The CE mark is explained below, and it is similar to the RoHS, FCc and UKCA marks you may see on other products.
